Scheduling Procedures
For accessibility and convenience, Percival Law offers the following 2 different ways to schedule a mediation date:
1. Via email and telephone communication initiated by an email request to Roberta Ravenhill (rravenhill@percival-law.com) and/or Thomas Percival (thpercival@percival-law.com); and
2. Through the real-time online scheduling calendar accessible through the link here:
Important Instructions
Please note that, regardless of the manner in which the mediation is scheduled, the client scheduling the mediation should at the same time submit by email to Roberta Ravenhill (rravenhill@percival-law.com) and/or Thomas Percival (thpercival@percival-law.com) the following pertinent documentation and information:
1. A scanned PDF copy of a pleading with the Title of Proceedings and Court File No., e.g., the Statement of Claim; and
2. The names and contact information (email addresses in particular) of all lawyers and assistants involved.
Providing this documentation and information will ensure that, in advance of the mediation, the parties will receive a case-specific Mediation Agreement along with all important instructions, including a Zoom link if the mediation is proceeding virtually.
PLEASE NOTE: THE ONLINE SCHEDULING APP IS LIMITED TO BOOKING A MEDIATION DATE NO MORE THAN ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE, I.E., THE ONLINE CALENDAR WILL ONLY SHOW AVAILABILITY ONE YEAR INTO THE FUTURE FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. TO SCHEDULE A MEDIATION DATE MORE THAN ONE YEAR INTO THE FUTURE, PLEASE CONTACT THOMAS PERCIVAL OR ROBERTA RAVENHILL BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE, AND ACCOMMODATIONS WILL EASILY BE MADE FOR YOU.
